伝統的な役柄（行当）が勢揃いし、定番の「小生（男役）」「小旦（女役）」はもちろん、本作では物語をダイナミックに牽引する「三花（道化役・ピエロ）」の活躍が大きな見どころです。ユーモラスで爆笑を誘う会話と親しみやすいストーリーが、演出家の巧みな手腕により、細やかな身振りと情緒あふれる歌声に見事に融合。笑い声の中に温かな人間の真心と愛を描き出します。

The classic masterpiece "A Mismatched Marriage" (Selected Program of Big Bowl Tea Arts Festival: Joy), presented by the Lanyang Taiwanese Opera Troupe, is profoundly performed in the exquisite form of Taiwanese Opera filled with local vitality. This play pays great attention to the singing and recitation skills of traditional tunes, and wonderfully showcases the rich literary beauty of Taiwanese proverbs and colloquial slang through the actors' gestures, movements, and dialogues.

The play features a comprehensive and diverse array of traditional role types. In addition to the classic *Xiaosheng* (young male) and *Xiaodan* (young female) roles beloved by traditional opera audiences, what is particularly eye-catching is the key role played by the "Sanhua (clown / Chou)" in driving the plot. Through the director's ingenious staging, the humorous dialogue and accessible storyline seamlessly blend refined operatic movements with evocative Taiwanese opera vocals, warmly portraying the truest and kindest human emotions amidst laughter.
