WU Tsai-Lin
Director of Tai-Gu Tales Dance Theatre ✕ Principal Dancer & Choreographer
Graduated from the New World School of the Arts in Miami and the Graduate Institute of Dance at the University of Taipei. Since joining Tai-Gu Tales Dance Theatre as a dancer in 1998, she has performed in numerous productions including Dance of Senses, Dance of the Sun, Flying Apsaras, The World of Shamans, Dreamland, Life Mandala, and Upanishad. Her international touring includes performances at THE JOYCE THEATER in New York and major festivals across Canada.
In addition to her leadership at Tai-Gu Tales, she has served as a principal dancer for the Taipei Royal Ballet. In recent years, she has actively focused on choreography, creating works such as the solo Secret Code (performed at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe), Vanishing Frontier, Landscape of the Heart, and Messenger of Flowers. Currently, she focuses on "Classic Re-enactment" and "Next-generation Creation," hosting world music concerts and dinner theater events at the Banqiao Broadcasting Station.
