Wu Hsing-kuo, Artistic Director of Contemporary Legend Theatre, and "the Prince of Kunqu" Zhang Jun will collaborate for the first time, blending modern theater elements with traditional Chinese opera conventions to tell the story of the Roman dictator Julius Caesar, portraying the inner turmoil of the characters.
The two masters of opera will switch roles throughout the performance, weaving between the love-hate contradictions and power conflicts of Caesar and Brutus. This life-and-death battle represents the ultimate spark of artistic talent!
