興傳奇青年劇場：開啟下一個 30 年的傳承使命

自2010年起，當代傳奇劇場面對京崑戲曲人才培育的挑戰，以民間劇團的棉薄之力，連續舉辦了七年的「傳奇學堂」。透過兩岸師生間一對一的口傳心授，手把手說戲並指導身段技巧，讓年輕演員在舞台上實戰磨練。從累計百名學員、200場演出的洗禮中，精選出最優秀的骨幹苗尖，於2016年正式成立了專屬的青年團隊：興傳奇青年劇場。

興傳奇青年劇場的成員皆為「傳奇學堂」的資深學員，兼具專業嚴謹的紮實功底與年輕世代的豐沛活力。他們不僅擁有傳統藝術的深度涵養，更勇於迎接當代創作的新穎挑戰。

成員們除在每年的《戲宴。青年戲曲節》中擔綱核心要角、挑戰傳統經典劇目外，更屢次參與當代傳奇劇場新編作品的現代舞台。

未來，興傳奇青年劇場將肩負起探索、創造、傳承、紮根的藝術使命，成就今日的「當代」與「傳奇」，續寫下一個30年的宏願與使命。

Hsing Legend Youth Theatre: Embarking on a 30-Year Mission of Heritage

Since 2010, the Contemporary Legend Theatre has faced the challenges of cultivating talent for Peking and Kunqu opera. Through the "Legendary Academy," the troupe has dedicated seven years to providing one-on-one, master-to-disciple training. Through hands-on guidance in performance and technique, young actors gain practical experience on stage. From over a hundred students and 200 performances, the most outstanding talents were selected to officially form a dedicated youth team in 2016: Hsing Legend Youth Theatre.

Members of Hsing Legend Youth Theatre are senior students of the "Legendary Academy," possessing both rigorous professional foundations and the vibrant energy of the younger generation. They not only hold deep cultivation in traditional arts but also bravely embrace the challenges of contemporary creation.

Beyond playing core roles in the annual "Drama Feast: Youth Opera Festival" and challenging traditional classics, the members frequently participate in the modern stage productions of the Contemporary Legend Theatre.

In the future, Hsing Legend Youth Theatre will carry the mission to explore, create, inherit, and take root, establishing today's "Contemporary" and "Legend" for the next 30 years.
