現由「財團法人新北市當代傳奇文化藝術基金會」獲選進駐營運。 Currently operated by the "New Taipei City Contemporary Legend Arts Foundation."

📌 創辦團隊背景 📌 Founding Team

該基金會由臺灣享譽國際的當代傳奇劇場藝術總監吳興國老師，以及太古踏舞蹈劇場藝術總監林秀偉老師共同創立。 Founded by world-renowned Artistic Director Wu Hsing-kuo and Dance Director Lin Hsiu-wei.

致力於將這座昭和時期的古蹟，轉化為注入多元藝術能量的常態生活基地。 Dedicated to transforming this Showa-era heritage site into a hub for diverse artistic energy.

 經營模式：  Operating Model:
採取「古蹟保存、市民休憩與高端展演並重」的 OT 營運模式。 Adopts an OT model balancing "Heritage Preservation, Leisure, and High-end Performance."

🏛️ 歷史起源與沿革 🏛️ Historical Origins
一、 日治時期的電波重鎮 (1929－1945) I. Radio Hub of the Japanese Colonial Era (1929－1945)

本廳舍由著名技師栗山俊一設計，於 1930 年完工，為日治時期台灣五大廣播設施之一。 Designed by Kuriyama Shunichi and completed in 1930, it was one of Taiwan's five major radio facilities.

二、 戰後的角色轉變 (1945－2014) II. Post-war Transition (1945－2014)

戰後轉型為「中廣板橋發射站」。2014 年判決土地屬國有。 Transformed into the "BCC Banqiao Station." In 2014, the land was returned to state ownership.

  • 2023 年：營運啟航 2023: Launch of Operations
    進駐元年，聚焦於空間開箱與傳統戲曲重現。 The first year focusing on space unveiling and classical opera revival.
  • 2026 年（年度焦點）： 傳奇國際藝術節（9/19 - 12/20）。 2026 (Annual Highlight): Legend International Arts Festival (Sep 19 - Dec 20).
